A streamlined solution for clients who need a UK company with a registered office address.

This package includes the incorporation documents and the forwarding of all statutory mail related to your company. “Statutory mail” refers to correspondence from HMRC, Companies House, and other official bodies.

Under this package, you will be responsible for filing the Annual Return and Annual Accounts, submitting any changes to Companies House, and paying the annual Companies House fees. Access to the Freemont Helpdesk is not included.

The Silver Package builds on everything provided in the Bronze option, offering additional support and documentation.

You will receive a Certificate of Good Standing when required for registration with foreign company registrars. We assist with obtaining tax exemption status in the UK (where applicable) and provide relevant forms and guidance.

This package includes access to the Freemont Helpdesk via phone or email. We will assist in filing forms with Companies House and HMRC, subject to our standard fixed processing fees. Additionally, we will handle the filing of Annual Accounts and Annual Returns and pay your annual Companies House charges on your behalf.

Our most comprehensive and fully supported service. The Gold Package includes everything featured in the Silver Package, plus a complete suite of administrative tools and ongoing assistance.

After incorporation, you will receive the Register of Members and Register of Directors, which you must keep up to date. You will also receive the share certificate and a detailed guide on managing UK companies, including templates for commonly used resolutions.

The Gold Package grants unlimited access to the Freemont Helpdesk. This covers all queries related to company management, including changes to the memorandum, resolution drafting, striking-off procedures, obligations toward Companies House, share transfers, and UK stamp duty requirements. It also supports your obligations toward HMRC to maintain tax-exempt status.

You will receive an unlimited number of Current Appointments Reports and one complimentary Certificate of Good Standing per year.
