Ordering your Ltd. is simple. Select one of the options below, click on 'Send Form' and fill in the required data. If you have any questions while filling in the form, please call Customer Service via the phone number below. After you've filled in all the data, you can pay directly via iDEAL or Credit Card. Within 24 hours you will receive the required documents to sign. After signing, please send them back to us via mail and within 24 hours after we have received them your Ltd. will be incorporated. (You can also transfer the payment to our bank account yourself; in that case the procedure will take a few days longer.)

Golden Limited Package, EUR 395	This is an ‘all-in’ solution for clients who prefer the complete package. It covers everything that is included in the SILVER package. Furthermore, after the incorporation you will receive the Register of Members and Register of Directors. It is your duty to keep them up to date. We will also provide you with the Share Certificate and templates of resolutions that you can use. You will have unlimited access to Freemont Helpdesk which means our assistance with any queries regarding the proper management of your company: change of Memorandum and Articles of Association, drafting of resolutions, striking-off procedure, obligations towards Companies House, stock transfers and payment of stamp duty as well as the obligations towards the UK tax department (HMRC). On top of it, we will be providing you upon request with a Certificate of Good Standing (with a maximum of 1 per year) and unlimited Current Appointments Reports. The incorporation fee is EUR 395 and the annual fee as of the second year is EUR 295.
Silver Limited Package, EUR 295	This service package includes all items of the BRONZE package. Furthermore, we will provide you with the Certificate of Good Standing should you need one for your registration at your local Chamber of Commerce. We will assist you with obtaining the tax exemption in UK if you have no UK activities and you are based in a country that has a tax treaty with the UK and provide you with the necessary forms. You will be able to make use of Freemont Helpdesk per telephone and per email and we will assist you with filing the required forms at Companies House, HMRC and the Stamp Duty Office. For submitting the forms, we will charge fixed fees. We will file the Annual Accounts and Annual Return for your Limited Company at Companies House and we will pay the annual charges to Companies House. The incorporation fee is EUR 295 and the annual fee as of second year is EUR 195.
Bronze Limited Pakket, EUR 195	This is a basic solution for clients who require a UK company with a UK registered office. We provide you with the incorporation documents. Furthermore, we will be forwarding the statutory mail related to your Limited company. "Statutory mail" includes the mail from the UK tax department (HMRC), Companies House and all related documents. You yourself will be responsible for filing of Annual Return and Annual Accounts and for submitting all changes to Companies House. You will be also responsible for payments of the annual charges to Companies House. You will have no access to Freemont Helpdesk. The incorporation costs are EUR 195 and the annual fee as of second year is EUR 95.
